The kitchen is the heart of your home. If you are experiencing issues with your plumbing, get in contact with us today and we can discuss.

On the assumption that you have a drainage problem, make sure that you don’t leave it untreated. If it is left alone it can lead to a more serious problem such as damage or a collapsed drain. This could mean water and sewage leaks, causing harm to your home. If we are completely refurbishing your kitchen, we will check your drains for any problems and repair them before we start the work.

What should I do to take care of my kitchen sink?

Periodically check under your sink for moisture or small leaks. You will want to get these fixed as quick as possible so that you’re not wasting any water. This could increase your water bill cost, and nobody wants that! You will also want to fix this quickly as the water could damage your fixtures and pipes. What should I do if I have a burst pipe?

A burst pipe is classed as a water emergency and can be classed as a water emergency. This can cause serious damage to your home’s structure and electrical wiring. If you discover a burst pipe in your home, follow these steps:

  1. Turn off the main stop tap. Most can be found under the kitchen sink or where the service pipe enters your home.
  2. Drain the system. You will need to turn on all of your cold taps.
  3. Turn off water heating systems. Switch off the immersion heater, central heating and other water heating systems that you have. Once the water heating has shut down, turn on all the hot taps to help drain the system.
  4. Turn off your electrical devices and appliances. If water leaks near your electrical devices or appliances, switch off the mains immediately.

Once you have followed these steps, give us a call and we will try to come and fix the issue as soon as possible.
